Ingredients (for allergens please see letters in bold)
lamb mince, onion, salt, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, chopped tomato, tom puree, beef stock, red wine (sulphites), fresh parsley, milk (dairy), vegetable oil, flour (gluten), egg (eggs), chicken stock, fresh cream (dairy) , halloumi cheese (dairy) , parmesan cheese (dairy)
Place Moussaka on an oven tray and place in the middle shelf. Cook at 180°C/356°F/Gas Mark 4 for 20 minutes with the lid on. Please remove lid and cook until golden brown (approximately another 20 minutes). Best eaten warm.
Arrives chilled. Keep in a fridge below 5°C or freeze. It's at its very best when cooked from fresh. Enjoy within 3-4 days of delivery. If frozen, defrost fully before cooking.
