Two big square chunks of aged barrel feta cheese, drenched in extra virgin olive oil with a sliced of sweet tomato and dusted with wild oregano from Crete wrapped in paper and foil. When it comes out of the oven twenty minutes later its spectacular!
Ingredients (for allergens please see letters in bold)
Feta cheese (dairy), tomato, oregano, olive oil
Remove lid, place Feta foil Parcel on an oven tray and place in the middle oven shelf. Cook at 180°C/356°F/Gas Mark 4 for 20 minutes.
Arrives chilled. Keep in a fridge below 5°C or freeze. It's at its very best when cooked from fresh. Enjoy within 4-5 days of delivery. If frozen, defrost fully before cooking.
