This is where things get serious! One of my favourite Greek dishes! Traditional grandmammas recipe from Smyrna which of course we messed with it a little and turned it into Greek magic! Beef meatballs with warm cumin & cinnamon notes and the comforting lovely warmth from the gorgeous Greek white wine! Served in zingy tomato sauce with green peppers, onions and garlic. Simply heartwarming!
Ingredients (for allergens please see letters in bold)
Beef, tomatoes, onions, olive oil ,green peppers, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, cumin, cinnamon, garlic, oregano, vegetable stock, egg, parsley, white wine
Remove lid and place in preheated fan assisted oven at 160C for 30 minutes until piping hot all the way through
Please keep refrigerated at 5C or lower
